Building Planning Regulation Services
Following the submission of the planning application and receipt of planning approval, the Building Regulation stage is required to develop the construction drawings, this typically involves the following:
SERVICES
- Production of Building Regulation drawings, based on the consented planning application.
- Liaising with other consultants where appointed, such as the Structural Engineer, Party Wall Surveyors and translate information onto our drawings to produce a coordinated package of information, ready for submission.
- Preparation and submission of the Building Regulation application and managing all related queries up to receipt of Passing of Plans/ Approval under the Building Regulations.
